This exclusive, private training is conducted with only two participants and provides them with the following benefits:

- to experience the instructor perform every single technique on them

(which is normally not possible in regular-sized group classes);

​

- to closely observe the instructor performing each technique on the other participant; 

​

- to be individually supervised by the instructor while practicing each technique on the other participant (during regular group classes the instructor's attention is spread over all participants); 

​

- to apply each technique on the instructor, while receiving his feedback on the accuracy of its implementation (normally not available during regular group classes, when a spot-check is done on selected points for each participant).

Foundation of Thai Massage

 level 1 

​

This course teaches participants to precisely and safely perform

a two-hours full-body traditional Thai massage for relaxation, including

massage techniques in prone, supine, side-lying and sitting positions as well as

stretching techniques in prone, supine, side-lying and sitting positions.

Duration: 30 hours (4 days, 9 am - 5:30 pm)

Thai Massage Enhancement

 Level 2

​

This course gives participants confidence in performing

a full-body traditional Thai massage for relaxation, including

new massage and stretching techniques incorporated into those learned in level 1. All students will learn how to prepare and apply hot herbal compresses in addition to the massage treatment.

Duration: 30 hours (4 days, 9 am - 5:30 pm)

Therapeutic Thai Massage

 level 3

​

The participants in this course will learn new therapeutic techniques in order to treat the most common complaints - such as headache, back pain, lower back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder-blade and arm stiffness, leg cramps, knee pain, sprained ankle, menstrual cramps, indigestion and constipation.

The ancient TOK SEN therapy is also a subject of this modality. Participants will learn how to use the Tok Sen  wooden hammer to release the blockages along the Sen Sib life energy paths.

This course teaches participants to perform the Thai ritual of Foot Reflexology,

including a feet bath, feet warming up techniques by hands, treating the reflexology zones by wooden stick, short arm and shoulders massage.

This course teaches participants to perform accurately and safely a 90-minuet full-body Thai Massage for relaxation (excluding stretching positions) on a massage table.

The instructor uses his theoretical and practical background in the field of Physiotherapy to introduce the course content to the participants. This is to give them a better understanding of the physiological effect of Thai massage as well as the bio-mechanical aspect of the work, such as how to properly use their own body weight (instead of muscle strength) while working.
