A one-time training session lasting a two hours, during which employees at the office learn basic massage techniques for the head, neck and shoulders, as well as self-massage techniques which are highly effective and easy to use. Once mastered, they can be applied for five to ten minutes each day. Daily use of such techniques brings the following results:

 

 

  • Reducing employees’ psychological and physical stress and improving their overall well-being

  • Increasing employees’ productivity and effectiveness

  • Improving the working environment and interrelations between co-workers
