Wellness Course “Three Rituals in Five Days”
This Course teaches participants how to perform three different rituals (for the body, for the face and for the feet) they can add to their service menu. You may participate in each module separately or enroll in all modules together.
Participants who enroll in all three modules will receive a 10% package discount off the total price.
Module “Thai Table Massage”
April 21–22
Duration: 12 hours – 2 days, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
You will master techniques for a 90-minute full-body Thai massage for relaxation performed on a massage table.
You will learn techniques in supine, prone, and side-lying positions.
→ You receive a TMC program certificate and an NCBTMB certificate for 12 hours.

Module “Thai Facial Massage”
April 24
Duration: 6 hours – 1 day, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
You will learn a 30–45-minute Thai facial, head, and neck massage ritual. The sequence includes relaxation and stress-release techniques, stimulation and toning techniques for the facial muscles, fascial techniques to improve skin elasticity, and techniques to stimulate blood and lymphatic flow. The combination of techniques is easy to learn and apply.
→ You receive an NCBTMB certificate for 6 hours.

Module “Thai Foot Reflexology”
April 25–26
Duration: 12 hours – 2 days, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
You will learn variations of the Thai foot reflexology ritual in 30-, 45-, and 60-minute formats.
You will learn how to prepare a flowers foot bath.
You will study the reflex zones according to Thai Traditional Medicine.
You will practice warming and treatment techniques using a wooden stick and fingers.
You will receive a wooden reflexology stick.
The Thai foot massage procedure concludes with a short massage of the legs, arms, and shoulder girdle, which is also included in the curriculum.
