"Foundation of Thai Massage", Level I
October 13 – 16
Duration: 30 hours – 4 days, from 9:00 to 17:30, with 1 hour lunch break
You will learn to accurately and safely perform a two-hour Thai relaxation massage on a massage mat on the ground. It includes massage and stretching techniques from lying, supine, side and sitting positions.
→ You receive a certificate for the TMS program and an NCBTMB certificate for 30 hours

October 19 – 22

You learn new techniques, gain confidence in applying those you have already learned, and are able to combine them.
You learn to prepare and apply warm herbal compresses as a complement to massage.
→ You receive a certificate for the TMS program and an NCBTMB certificate for 30 hours

"Therapeutic Thai Massage", Level III
October 25 – 28
Duration: 30 hours - 4 days x 7.5 hours with 1 hour lunch break
You will learn new therapeutic techniques for the most common complaints – headaches, neck, back, and waist pain; shoulder, arm, and shoulder blade pain; leg, knee, and ankle pain; menstrual pain; indigestion, and more.
You will learn to apply the ancient Tok Sen therapy. You will use a wooden mallet to treat energy channels and remove energy blockages. You will also receive a set of Tok Sen tools.

"Intensive Professional Thai Massage", Level IV-V
October 31 – November 3 and November 6 – 9
Duration: 60 hours - 8 days x 7.5 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break
You will gain basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology related to Thai massage.
You will learn alternative techniques for massage with forearms and elbows, as well as Step On massage - a technique in which you work only with your feet, using aids for your own support.
You will gain practical experience under the supervision of instructor Kalin Nenkov, who will help you perform the massage as professionally as possible. What do you focus on:
proper planning of the massage procedure;
optimal selection of the techniques and means used;
time distribution between the individual parts of the massage procedure;
professional ethics;
synchronization of the breathing of the therapist and the client;
localization and removal of energy blockages.
participants will learn to apply Thai massage on a massage couch.
→ You receive a certificate for the TMS program and an NCBTMB certificate for 60 hours.
