You will learn beautifying massage techniques and self-massage of the face, head and neck. The combination of techniques includes relaxation and stress relief techniques, techniques for stimulating and strengthening facial muscles, fascial techniques to improve skin elasticity and techniques for stimulating blood and lymph flow. It is easy to learn and apply.
