About the event
You will learn beautifying massage techniques and self-massage of the face, head and neck. The complex lasts between 35 and 45 minutes and includes relaxation and stress relief techniques, techniques for stimulating and strengthening facial muscles, fascial techniques to improve skin elasticity and techniques for stimulating blood and lymph flow. The sequence is easy to learn and apply.
