Within one day, you will learn how to perform the Thai facial massage treatment, featuring beautifying, relaxing, toning, and revitalizing techniques with a total duration of 30 to 45 minutes. These techniques contribute to a fresher and more youthful facial appearance by:

• Toning the facial muscles and helping to counteract sagging;

• Improving skin elasticity;

• Stimulating lymphatic and blood circulation, supporting detoxification and creating a more radiant overall look;

• Relaxing the neck and shoulder muscles, helping to relieve headaches, reduce stress, and enhance concentration.

The course will be taught in English and every student will receive a colorful manual in English with pictures and detailed description of all the techniques.

The program includes techniques for:

• relaxation of the muscles of the face, head, and neck;

• stimulation and strengthening of the facial muscles;

• improvement of the fascial and skin elasticity;

• stimulattion of the blood and lymph flow.
