About the event
You will learn to do a complete amateur massage and partial massages of selected areas without getting tired.
You will understand the basic characteristics of quality touch and pressure and gain basic anatomical knowledge about your body.
You will practice giving and receiving massage, which improves your connection with your loved ones and strengthens your relationships.
You will gain more awareness of boundaries – yours and those of others.
