About the event
You learn techniques for gently massaging your baby that you can apply almost anywhere – on a couch, on a wide mat on the floor, on a bed with a firm mattress.
After training, the techniques can be applied to the child by both parents and professionals.
Every careful touch, caress, hug creates a sense of security and stimulates the baby’s development. Applied regularly, this massage is another way to create a healthy connection between yourself and the little creature and to help its proper development.
You improve the depth of your baby’s breathing and help him to relax and unwind. You stimulate the sensitivity of the skin and nerves – you calm him down and help him explore the world calmly.
You improve the strength, elasticity and efficiency of his muscles – thus helping him to crawl and crawl more confidently, to calmly take his first steps when he feels ready.
You improve blood circulation and lymph flow, influence the sensitivity and health of internal organs – especially the stomach and intestines, which are often a source of discomfort for the baby.
You transmit to your child all the positive energy and love that you are capable of, through your movements, you stimulate his vital energy. He feels loved, safe and calm.
***The practice is carried out on specially designed dolls (baby models) for training purposes. The number of participants is limited to 16.***
