"Basic Thai Massage" one-day hands-on seminar for amateurs

Learn how to perform a safe, relaxing Thai massage that reduces stress, relieves pain caused by high tension, and helps you create a harmonious relationship with the person you will massage.

This one-day hands-on seminar teaches participants to precisely and safely perform a 50 minutes-long full-body basic Thai massage sequence for relaxation including massage techniques in prone, supine and sitting positions.

What you need to know about the course of the seminar

​​

• The practical sessions are conducted in pairs*. You can register individually and work with another participant who has also come without a partner. We will be working on massage mats on the floor.

• Prepare lightweight, yoga- or fitness-appropriate clothing that allows for the stretching of the body. The bottom can be leggings, Indian pants, or sweatpants. The top should be a T-shirt or long-sleeved blouse. Avoid wearing tank tops.

* Participate with a loved one or friend. Both of you will receive a discount on the fee and the opportunity to experience together the depth, delicacy, and effectiveness of Thai massage for both the giver and the receiver.

Prerequisites: None

NCBTMB Continuing Education (CE) Certificate - 6 hours

Duration: 1 day, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm including 1 hour lunch break

Tuition Fee: 

 

• Tuition fee for one person - 235 euro

• Tuition fee for a pair - 390 euro (195 euro per person in pair)

*The maximum number of participants is limited to 16 (8 pairs)

"Thai Facial Massage" one-day hands-on seminar for both professionals and amateurs

July 6th, 2025 (Sunday)

Learn how to perform relaxing facial massage that reduces stress, relieves headache caused by tension, and helps you create relaxation for the person you are massaging.

Facial massage is treatment that can be done by both professional practitioners or at home with your loved ones. The sequence includes massage techniques and pressure points for the face and the neck. 

This seminar teaches participants to precisely and safely perform 35 minutes-long facial massage sequence for relaxation as well as exercises for the facial muscles.

This seminar is suitable for both professional massage therapists and beauticians as well as for anyone that wants to learn how to perform face and head massage or self-massage at home.

I am Kalin Nenkov, a physical therapist and professional Thai massage instructor with over 18 years of experience. I have taught in 5 different countries. 

 

• I graduated from the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai, which is accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education and the Thai Royal Family, for professional training in traditional Thai massage and the preparation of qualified instructors.

 

• I am also an accredited 'continuing education provider' for the American National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

 

Most importantly, I work fully and wholeheartedly with each and every student. Thanks to my experience, I am able to identify the individual challenges faced by each person and help them to overcome them.
